All About the Mules

Hey Prime Mamas,

This outfit took some serious work to find, so be appreciative!  I returned five failed pairs of shoes, three sweaters, and two pairs of jeans before nailing down the perfect look! The people in the return line behind me at Kohl’s were less than thrilled. FYI, if you didn’t know, you can return your Amazon things to Kohls. They box it, print the receipt, and ship it for you. Winning! Let’s start with these $30 jeans that I’m completely drooling over. I’m in that weird phase postpartum where you have no more baby weight to lose but your hips are wider. My old jeans fit so to speak but aren’t as comfortable as I would like. I’m not wanting to go out and buy expensive jeans, in hopes that maybe my old jeans will be comfortable again. Thanks to baby girl, maybe this is wishful thinking! That’s okay, she was totally worth it! These jeans feel like leggings! I’m definitely going to buy another pair in a different wash. I paired the jeans with a great color block pullover that is $34 and there is currently a coupon for 10% off. I love the texture and think it would make a great sweater for Thanksgiving dinner. Drumroll please!!!! The star of this outfit are these black mules. I think it adds a special touch and pulls the outfit together perfectly. The mules fit true to size, are only 23 bucks, and oh so comfortable. They are the brand Amazon Essentials which I had never tried before. However, a word of warning: I returned several other pairs of shoes from this brand because they were not comfortable at ALL. The total cost for this outfit is $87! That’s less than I normally pay for jeans! If my husband is reading this, you’re welcome!
