Does anyone else feel like they spend an absurd amount of money on mascara every few months? I would like to say I’m asking for a friend but, well, I’m not! A few months ago my husband brought to my attention how often I’m replacing my mascara and that it cost $30 each time. This is when my hunt for an affordable and awesome mascara began. I spent a couple hours reading reviews and ordered a few too many failed mascaras before landing this winner. This 5 buck mascara is the bees knees. And yes, you read that right, it is FIVE DOLLARS! I was just as surprised as you are. For reference, I used YSL the shock volumizing mascara before switching to this bargain. The brand, Essence, makes three different mascaras but after trying the false lash effect one, I was so happy that I didn’t even bother testing out the others.
